A Happy Day

My darling grands....working on Halloween treats.
We used candy melts for the first time ever...and pretzel sticks and jumbo marshmallows.
Too much fun.
The yummiest was the mix of pretzel saltiness with sugar candy..yummmm

Today my XDIL came over to do a baby reveal for her children.
There will be a new sibling who will live with her and her new husband...in March.
Someone here was so disappointed.  Seven year old Dylan had said that they needed 3 boys to fight his sister Lynsey..Poor Dylan.
Tonight at Charlotte's Modern Quilt Guild
Another sample sale....of course since it is a benefit....
Wish the photos were better...should have waited until tomorrow..
But, it is that time of night and I want to concentrate on fabric happy.

Since age 13, buying, touching, smelling and loving...
Oh, yes..and using fabric has made my heart beat.
A great day today has me all worked up about starting.
like...9 new quilts...my brain will not stop...
Maybe trying a new ruler...
Maybe cutting my stash.
I have 3 Halloween quilt ideas...plus............
xoxo

I love playing in my stash too! There is something very calming about it.

Oh those Halloween treats look so delicious. Shame sugar and I are incompatible. Ahh but fabric causes me nothing but a happy smile and an empty purse. I love to find fabric I'd forgotten I'd bought , it's pretty and just what I need.
