Jeeze Louize..
Another snow day tomorrow.
Morning caregiver already deciding that she may not get in tomorrow.
Dylan fell and loosened his front tooth.
Totally out of cat food.
OMG
And, tonight's caregiver called me a drama queen.
OMG
Roads already icing over and we live down two hills.

I am going to bed!!!!
(with vino tinto)
xxoo
Who gives a shixx about what the caregiver thinks? Girl....if it is real for you...it is real and you are more than entitled to say what you think.
ReplyDeleteLife happens just like this and sometimes a bit o de vino...helps the medicine go down! Giggles and empathy!
Hugs,
Kelly
And the Oscar goes to .....
ReplyDelete..... my favorite Drama Queen, Mrs. O'Quilts!
I hope all the O'Quilts are warm & safe, even the 4-footed ones.
Well if you're feeling stressed you gotta let it all out!! I know I do! Otherwise I would explode! I bought some more fabric today - I must stop buying, and start sewing! I also got some new blades for the rotary cutter, but forgot masking tape. xx
ReplyDeleteLife would be boring without lovable drama queens.
ReplyDeleteBeing a drama queen is an art form. Keep working on perfecting it!
ReplyDeleteThe tooth might settle by itself. You have every right to find life stressful and throw Wobblies. You are dealing with a life times stresss in a few months.
ReplyDeleteHugs
Far better to 'let it out' and stay sane and healthy (I do quite the opposite and trust me it doesn't do you any good at all!).
ReplyDeleteTell the young one not to wobble his tooth (they often firm up after a knock in a couple of days). Anyway, you hang in there and rant away when the mood takes.....as for the care-giver...she needs "to eat concrete and harden the &@$% up" as our boys would say.
I work in the disability services sector, and trust me, to survive, you need a damn good sense of humour and a thick skin. She gets to go home and leave it all behind at the end of her shift....you don't.
As usual, all the best from Western Australia.
