Missing my youth here....!!! Feeling quite old..
Loved all of my 15 or was it 20 years of chickens so much! They lined up at the patio door to visit me every day and once came into dining room walked around and went outside again single file. Chicken diapers are a hoot but never made any. I raised babies in a clear bin with a wire lid in my dining room..many many years of chicken love. Came when they were called. None right now..since racoons got my last two in daytime! I cried over all my many who died over years
ReplyDeleteLoved them as much as regular pets Too many ended up roosters at 5 months. Very noisy and no eggs! So much quieter when roosters got old and went to chicken heaven.
