Thank you everyone for lifting me up yesterday..For the fun at the Sit and Sew, for the emails, and texts and encouragement. I could not have done my Dear Man's brithday without you all.
My girl's man came by tonight and cooked me dinner...Can you imagine??!!!
He was thinking about coming yesterday, but went sky diving instead:)
Making myself go to the Queen Bee tomorrow even if I have to take a little nap there.
I miss my QB friends. They are so good.
It's lovely to 'hear' you being upbeat in today's blog post :) I made it out of the house today and went to 'craft club'!! I haven't been for about 7 or 8 weeks. Some of the women who also attend sew, some crochet, some do water painting, some do scrap books. I usually sew, but this week I just sat and chatted and everyone cooed over the new baby! But it felt so so so good to get there and enjoy their company! I was so proud of myself for getting the three kids in the car!! all strapped in!! We live in a flat/apartment that is up two flights of stairs, so it's two trips up and down to get all the kids in the car!! xx
ReplyDeleteGreat use of left over pieces....making the pot holders. Why didn't I think of that? Duhhhh
ReplyDeleteI know you miss your husband terribly....I experience grief on a daily basis myself.
Hugs,
Kelly
Dylan is so sweet for sweing the ear onto Dylan :) And how lovely is Mr Skydiver for cooking you dinner!! You've been getting lots of sewing done, you know I think you make the best potholders!
