My seven pound weights came the other day.
Now I can do 30 reps with these on bicep curls.
That is supposed to help my balance. Fingers crossed.
This is what Eithne did. I am now ready to do it too. She gave away love in memory of her son.
This year, again...folks are choosing a word to live by.
The word that comes to mind is Grit.
I want to have grit.
