For the very first time ever, I used one of these pens. I was scared, but brave and OMG, what a wonderful marking pen this is. I used it on a scrap a number of times and it ironed right out. I hear that it has to be washed too...I am thrilled....here I go!
See, I found myself here...with random already cut 6" blocks from forever ago...sigh...
Other happy news: I drove this morning to see my mother, visited with her 45 min and drove home with...get this....with NO symptoms:) eeeekkkkk so happy. Then, I rested, did my vestibular exercises and we went to Mexican lunch, with NO symptoms....( I do get symptoms doing these exercises). This is a stellar day! My mother expressed dismay that she may be living in Assisted Living the rest of her life without seeing the light of day.How to get her out and about would be a great challenge. At lunch bunch with the facility, in her wheelchair, she falls asleep with her face in her food quite soon. She rarely eats more than a bite or two and brings it home. No one can lift her in and out of the family cars...so I think she will not be doing the mall and lunch like we both used to love. We will just have to go in the yard at Sunrise..that is a bitter pill not easy to swallow.

My father was the same - one week before he died he said that more than anything, he wanted to go out to eat. But we physically couldn't take him. And by that time, he was eating very little due to his swallowing problem. Hope he's eating at wonderful restaurants in Heaven!
It is so hard to watch our parents age and become frail. How about bring in carry out of her favorite food. a fancy ladies lunch could be fun. Glad you are feeling better
