How lucky am I....today, I had a visitor...6 feet apart on my screened in porch.
A fabric friend, a sewing friend...
Hours later, I felt like a real human being...a wonderful in-person visit.
From one of my new Good Vibes Quilting friends
Came a piece of stunning Australian fabric..I have never seen in this color before.
And this:...Suzette..you are soo good...treats....all the way from Bend, Ore!!
Immediately, my new deal of using what I love, came into play:
Make one scrappy block...cannot stop...make another...
and another
Today was the last day of school..Lynsey graduated from 5th grade to middle school.
Her present from us???A camping trip.....in the back yard..
With great excitement...up went the tent!!
She can hardly contain herself.
Oh, pouring rain!!!
They are watching music videos on daddy's phone, eating all kinds of snacks.
They are squished together and their father will not let the dog in..ha..
Lynsey has been in to me 3 times complaining that all her brother's stuffed animals are crowding her out.
Ha ha ha...It was 90 degrees today with humidity..and Dylan brings a winter
blanket and several stuffed animals...
Lucky lucky their daddy is back home...
Lucky lucky me...gets to do what any sane person would choose..:
Fabric!!!!!
Sorting my scraps for another fun project..
Another art form??? Guess not...
Very interesting to me...but then...with 50 years of fabric collection...am I really
going to cut flatware for jewelry...like am I going to be 42 again????

Lovely Australian fabric and it looks beautiful added to your blocks.
Hope nobody was rained out on the camping bread!
